Jacquelyn + Robbie

Jacquelyn & Robbie

11/18/16

Red Lion Inn, Cohasset

Labor day weekend is the unofficial start of fall and I am SO excited to finally share this special #BestDayEver with you! Jacquelyn and Robbie's had the most romantic wedding held at the Red Lion Inn. The natural décor and burgundy/blush/ivory color scheme created a refined autumn feel at the venue.

I could go on and on forever about how much I adored this wedding. Henry + Mac slayed the photography! I know this venue like the back of my hand, but they took such stunning photos in every precious nook. The couple did a champagne toast to close out their ceremony. Jacquelyn looked glamorous in her Lazaro crystal embroidered dress. The bridesmaids wore dusty rose floral print dresses from BHLDN. And I may be biased- but the flowers complemented the wedding perfectly. White peonies, garden roses, spray roses and the perfect filler combination of astrantia, astilbe and veronica were handtied together to create Jacquelyn's bouquet. The girls carried the same, but with the addition of masala dahlias- flown in from Japan- was just enough pop of red to add depth.

Hung above the grand staircase "you are the best thing" in cutout wooden letters. It was also the song for the couple's first dance! The staircase illuminated with pillar candles, the centerpieces were assorted bud vases and single stems of flowers on a wooden slab. This room was full of love.

This wedding is everything. Thank you to my fabulous couple Jacquelyn and Robbie for letting me be a part of your #BestDayEver! Major shout out to Henry + Mac, with their attention to detail and superb photography. Anyone getting married this or next fall totally inspired by this wedding?!

There is a coolness in the air and although its not actually fall, I'm feeling it! The scarves came out this weekend and I am already planning on adding soups and chilis to our weekly supper menu. Hope you all had a great holiday weekend and lived your best life!

xoxo
