One of the things I love most about my work is that it is present in all milestones in life. I consider Talia to be one of my little sisters. I have been a family friend for-ev-er. Lucky for me, I got to watch this couple's love grow over the years. We all knew Anthony was The One right away- the way he fit right in with the family, his unconditional love for my little sister. I was not only honored with being a guest at the wedding, but being a part of it and creating the most romantic florals for their big day.
I can only imagine all the feelings a bride gets the morning of her wedding day. Surrounded by your best girls and family, savoring every moment from getting the hair and make up done to putting the dress on. It was a surreal moment for Talia when I brought in her bouquet. There were happy tears and then we both started crying hysterically. She was getting married and her bouquet made it all the more real.
Her flowers were soft, romantic, classic with a little country flair. Talia carried a cascading bouquet as her mother did. Cascading bouquets are making a come back and I could not be more excited! Peonies, garden roses, astilbe, dahlias and a mix of greenery helped to convey the look and feel the couple was going for.
Shout out to Kelly Dillon Photography! Not only did she capture this #BestDayEver by taking the most amazing photos, but a week later had them all ready. Not even a month later and I get to do a post about this wedding! A blogger could get used to this! Thank you Kelly!!!
