Q: Can I order a bouquet to be delivered?

A: Because we are an event florist, we do not carry any inventory and are unable to provide clients with everyday flower orders.


Q: When Should I contact You About my wedding?

A: Dates book up quickly! We suggest you get in touch with us as soon as you set your date and have an idea of what you're looking for. We're happy to provide a complimentary consultation to discuss everything you're looking for and answer any questions you may have. A small retainer and acceptance of our Service Agreement is required to save your date and reserve our services.


Q: Do you provide samples?

A: We do not provide samples for our clients. After booking your wedding or event with Russo Fabulous, you may request a custom inspiration board. We hope after reviewing photos and discussions that you trust us with executing your vision!


Q: Can I provide my own containers?

A: Absolutely! For a small fee we're happy to pick up any containers you wish to provide and use for your event.

 

Q: Do You have any rental items?

A: As a new business we are slowly building our rental inventory. Let us know what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do!
 

Q: Where do you deliver?

A: Russo Fabulous is happy to design flowers for events in all of New England. Our delivery and set up fees are based on these factors: distance, number of locations, amount of décor that requires set up and retrieval of rental items. Please inquire within.
